7 new positive cases of Swine flu detected in District
Udaipur district witnessed 7 more positive cases of Swine Flu. With this, since January, 28 patients have been reported positive. MB Hospital is undergoing screening of patients in the outdoors of the swine flu ward.
[Recent Update]- Two deaths reported today on 4th February. One middle aged woman from Chittor and a man from Sector 14, Udaipur passed away after their serious situations due to swine flu.
Udaipur district witnessed 7 more positive cases of Swine Flu. With this, since January, 28 patients have been reported positive. MB Hospital is undergoing screening of patients in the outdoors of the swine flu ward.
Swine Flu in charge Dr. Mahesh Dave informed that in Tuesday afternoon, 80-100 people were screened and samples of 22 people were taken in which 7 were positive.
Dr. Sanjeev Tank said that out of 7 positive patients, 5 are of different districts. Also, the swine flu ward is accommodating 12 patients, out of which 5 are positive and 7 are suspects of swine flu.
The door-to-door survey will commence from today.
