7 Ramdevra Pilgrims Killed in an accident

Seven people have been killed and eight others are seriously injured while a jeep carrying devotees from Ramdevra crashed with a truck coming from the opposite direction in a fatal accident that occurred on a highway adjacent to Nimbaheda today afternoon.

All injured have been referred to Udaipur’s MB hospital after getting primary medical help at Chittorgarh. 7 Ramdevra Pilgrims Killed in an accidentAccording to the sources a group of 28 people all belonging to Madhya Pradesh were returning home after attending the mass function at Ramdevra (Runicha), the famous temple of Bhagwan Raam Dev . The group was travelling in two vehicles. While crossing the highway near Nimbaheda one of the vehicles (Trax) collided with a fast moving truck. The crash was so fatal that 5 people were killed on the spot. The other three succumbed to their injuries in MB Hospital, Udaipur. All deceased were relatives and belong to village named Ranat in Raipuria Gram Panchayat located in district of Jhabua, Madhya Pradesh. The other group was informed about the accident but they could not reach Udaipur till evening. The names of those who were killed in the accident are Nanji Nathaheda, his wife Gaali, Shambu Kalumeda, Leela Dungmeda, Nanuri, Bhuria and Ambu.
