754 Pilgrims Left for Puri from City Station
In the Senior Citizen Pilgrim Scheme 754 pilgrims of Udaipur left for Jagannath Puri, in a tour organised by Dev Sthan Vibhag, where train was flagged off by President of Senior Citizen Board Virendra Punia. In this journey around 222 would be boarding from Chittod District.

Today, in this pilgrim scheme started by State government, second batch of 754 pilgrims departed for the religious tour, while there are 976 pilgrims from various parts of Southern Rajasthan, which will join the course from their respective junctions.
According to Dr. Priyanka Bhatt, Assistant Commissioner, Dev Sthan Vibhag, in this batch 509 individuals are of Udaipur District, from Rajsamand 145 while Dungerpur and Banswada contributed with 55 and 45 passengers respectively who boarded from Udaipur City Station.
Priyanka further added that in this course ahead 222 more passengers would join from Chittod District, comprising 132 from Chittod, 39 of Paratapgardh and 51 of Bhilwada. Department has already passed orders to Chittod for required arrangements.
