In a series of raids by Anti Human Trafficking wing, eight children were rescued today from Hotel Mateshwari at NH8 in a raid led by Satish Meena, CI, Anti Human Trafficking Unit of Udaipur.

All the eight children working there were below thirteen years of age and did different chores in the hotel. A case has been registered against, Ravi Sindhi, the owner of Hotel Mateshwari , a resident of 25, Jawahar Nagar.

These children were brought from villages surrounding Udaipur including Nai and Pai village.

Information about these children was given to the police by Seva Mandir Child Line. After the raid these children were taken to Seva Mandir’s child wing.
