8000 candidates appear for Territorial Force of Indian Army
Admission for the territorial force (Temporary) of Indian Army started in Udaipur today at Maharana Bhupal Stadium where around eight thousand participants from 11 districts across Rajasthan registered themselves.
Admission for the territorial force (Temporary) of Indian Army started in Udaipur today at Maharana Bhupal Stadium where around eight thousand participants from 11 districts across Rajasthan registered themselves. They were given entry tokens today to participate in the marathon to be organised on 8th March and in physical and medical tests on 9th March.
Eligibility criteria for the admission are that the applicant must have passed 12th with minimum 45% marks; also, he should be above 18 years of age.
According to the information, candidates from Ajmer, Sikar, Chittorgarh, Banswara, Baran, Bhilwara, Jhalore, Dholpur, Dungarpur, Jhalawar and Bundi Districts along with the candidates from Andhra Pradesh and Gujarat appeared for the admission.
Sources said that Army made no arrangements for lodging and boarding of the candidates, as a result of which, the applicants accommodated at public gardens, bus stand, railway station and other public places. Food and shelter for the shortlisted candidates would be arranged by the Army.
This selection procedure will continued till 17th March in which interested candidates from other districts and states would be included.
