Dr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, a member of the Mewar royal family, launched the Airtel 5G service in Udaipur on Monday 23 January, 2023 from the City Palace. Dr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar told that the introduction of 5G in Udaipur is a big achievement for Udaipur. Along with the citizens of Udaipur, tourists will also be able to take advantage of 5G services. Along with this, IT and AI will also work better with 5G. Dr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar flagged off Airtel's bike rally from the historic Manak Chowk of City Palace. 

Airtel, counted among India's leading telecom companies, is continuously expanding its 5G network. Airtel has so far started its 5G service in more than 30 cities including Udaipur. Airtel is all set to offer seamless connectivity with the launch of 5G Plus, which will bring features like superfast high definition video-streaming, instant uploading of photos and videos. 

Udaipur customers can now experience an ultrafast network. Now 5G can enjoy up to 20-30 times faster speed than 4G. This allows customers to enjoy superfast access as well as high-definition video streaming, gaming, chatting, instant uploading of photos and more.

Airtel 5G service will be available to residents of Old City Area, Fatehsagar Lake, Hiran Magri, Govardhan Vilas, Madri Industrial Area, Sukher, Bargaon, Bedla and Transport Nagar in Udaipur.
