Udaipur,14 December - The Udaipur Court have summoned the Member of Legislative Assembly from Himachal Pradesh and an erstwhile member of the Himachal Pradesh Royal Family Vikramaditya Singh after his wife filled a complaint of Domestic Violence against him and her in laws including her mother in law Pratibha Singh and sister in law Aprajita Singh and her husband Agand Singh. All of them were about to produced themselves in court on Wednesday in connection to the matter.

Talking about the case the counsel of Vikramaditya's wife Bhanwar Singh Devra said that his client Sudharshana Chundawat and Vikramaditya got married on 8th March 2019, Vikramaditya is the son of the ex CM of Himachal Pradesh Veerbhadra Singh. Since than they staying together, but on 21st July 2021 Vikramaditya send his wife back to her house at Amet as soon as his father Veerbhadra passed away.

Devra said that according to Sudharshana her husband Vikramaditya is having alleged affair with one Amreen and following that he want to separated from his wife. She even complaint that Vikramaditya kept on harassing her and even had installed Cctv Cameras in her room to keep a watch in her. He also insulted her by saying that she belongs to a lower level family and had also not brought much expensive gifts at the time of marriage. She claimed that her husband had given her mental and physical torture during her stay with him and following that she filled a complaint of Domestic Violence and for Maintenance.

The Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate No.2 has summoned Vikramaditya and his family members by issuing a notice mentioning that cases of Domestic Violence as well as Maintenance has been filled by his wife Sudharshana and they have be present in court on 14th December, Devra added.

But as no one have turned at court on Wednesday the day for the next hearing of the cases of Domestic Violence as well as Maintanence are 13th and 20th January.
