Around 90 women from the city tried revealing the magic of their hands which was as yet latent, in the LG Mallika-e-Kitchen season-3, which is a pertinent platform to showcase the art of healthy and tasty food making.

Rinchi Soni from Hiran Magri sector 11 grabs the 1^st prize and Raveena Bajaj, a housewife from Shakti Nagar makes it to 2^nd position while Ranjana Sharma on 3rd position in a competition held today at Food court of OMG.

A renowned cookery show aired on Colors channel, LG Malika -e -Kitchen 2011 has started rolling out its city level competition to get its top participants for the grand finale which is going to be held in September 2011.

The event started today afternoon at 1:00 PM at Food Court of OMG – Rkay Mall, Udaipur, where 90 participants came with their pre-prepared dishes and flaunted their delicacies as the judges’ panel was giving their decisions after grading each recipe on several criteria like taste, texture, presentation and innovation.

The team of judges included Amit Jamloki – Area Manager, Sankalp Sharma – Marketing Manager and Anuj Arora – L.G Area service manager.

Every participant was allowed to bring at least two different recipes, either vegetarian or non-vegetarian.

In the competition held today, two participants who were declared winner will now be promoted to the next regional level round proposed to take place either in Jaipur or Delhi.

LG Malika-e-Kitchen 2010 was won by Sangeeta Dhar of Udaipur. So, we wish all luck to those magical fingers, who participated today… All the Best Udaipur!!

The final winner (among all contestants) will be rewarded with the title of Mallika-e-Kitchen 2011 and that’s a title every homemaker craves for.
