Udaipur, December 28, 2024 - The cold weather in Rajasthan is set to intensify after recent rains. Winter vacations for government and private schools have officially started from December 25. However, some private schools are reportedly calling students despite the vacation period.

Complaints Against Private Schools

Parents have raised complaints about private schools violating the winter vacation schedule. These actions have sparked concern among authorities. Taking the matter seriously, Director of Secondary Education, Sitaram Jat, issued fresh directives on Friday, December 27,2024. He reminded schools to strictly follow the vacation period.

Action Against Non-Compliance

The director’s order clearly warns that any private school failing to observe winter vacations will face action. Such violations will be dealt with under the Rajasthan Private Educational Institutions Act, 1989, and Rules, 1993.

Parents and schools are urged to adhere to the winter vacation guidelines to avoid further action and ensure the well-being of students.
