Advocates in Udaipur started a serial hunger strike from today pressing their demand for a High Court Bench in Udaipur. 11 advocates started off the serial hunger strike today.

The strike is being carried out under the banner of High Court Sangharsh Samiti. The advocates took out a massive rally today raising their demand. The advocates created a human chain at Delhi gate and raised slogans against the state government. The advocates then marched towards the main gate of Udaipur Court.

The protesting advocates said that they have first started a serial hunger strike to grab attention of the Government. If their demands are not met then the advocates will start a fast unto death campaign.

Members of Rajasthan Adivasi Mahasabha also reached the spot in support of the advocate’s demand of High Court Bench. Members of the Mahasabha said that if their demand is not met before the assembly elections then they will not allow any party leader to move around campaigning and will protest against them at all locations.
