Anticipatory bail denied to Kashmiri students

2 students hailing from Kashmir who attacked students in Pacific University have been denied anticipatory bail by the court of ADJ-1.

On 27th March a report was registered by a student of Pacific University, Debari, in Pratapnagar police station. As per the report, Satyadev and Rocky were not allowed to play cricket which aggravated these students. Following this, both these students who are natives of Kashmir attacked the other students who were playing cricket on Pacific University grounds with bats and stumps. As a result of this attack, a student succumbed to severe head injuries. The same student was also attacked with knife.

Satyadev and Rocky had applied for anticipatory bail which was rejected by ADJ-1 Pradeep Verma on Thursday.
