In an interesting turn to the Army Recruitment Rally at Udaipur, the Rajasthan High Court has ruled in favour of applicants, after many candidates filed a writ petition to the honorable court.

As per the write petition, many candidates, who had applied from various locations for enrollment into the Army Recruitment Rally at Udaipur, were not able to get admit cards, due to a technical error.

Advocates OP Sangwa and Bheru Lal Jat filed the writ at the Rajasthan High Court on behalf of Petitioners Mukesh and Others. As per the petition, many applicants who had applied from various e-mitra kiosks across locations, were unable to get their admit card due to a “technical glitch”. As a result, genuine candidates did not get their admit cards and were not allowed at the testing center.

Ruling in favour of the petitioners, The Rajasthan High Court ordered that these candidates be allowed to participate in the run. The High Court also served a notice to the Central Government and Director of Army Recruitment Office (ARO) asking for the reasons behind the technical glitch.
