While Jodhpur police is preparing to take action against Hindu guru Asaram Bapu for charges of raping an underage girl at his ashram. His avid supporters led mass rally and demonstrations outside the collectorate today.

Large number of Asaram’s supporters gave a memorandum stating that all allegations on the spiritual guru are false and demanded to stop allege defamation of Asaram Bapu done by the media.

The protestors holding banners and photos of 72-year-old Asaram Bapu reached collectorate in a form of rally and gave a letter to the concerned administrative officer. The letter in the name of President and Prime Minister contained signatures of all the followers of Asaram Bapu.
