The back side entry gate at roadways bus stand has been closed for security reasons. This gate had been opened as a second entry facility some time back.

As per reports with the commencement of this second entry gate incidents of theft had increased. A number of accidents also took place because of this entry gate. As per Chief Manager Mahesh Upadhyay, the second entry gate can now be used only by walk-ins. Vehicles will not be able to enter through this gate. It has been observed that private vehicles coming from Udiapole-Mali colony road were entering carelessly through this gate as a result of which many accidents took place. Also the incidents of thefts of passenger baggage had increased. Thieves could easily enter through one gate and escape through another. As of now, this arrangement is only temporary. Action will be taken after observing the scene for some time.
