The lady advocate who was in judicial custody for the most talked about kidnapping case recently has been granted bail by High Court. It may be noted that this lady advocate Sangeeta Arora was arrested for attempt to kidnap of daughter of newly elected bar association President Ram Kripa Sharma.

Advocate Sangeeta Arora from Disrict Court Udaipur and her companion Ratan Raj Bhandari from Jodhpur were arrested for kidnapping attempt. The advocate and her companion were bashed up by the angry mob of lawyers in the court for her act. Court had denied bail to these two people and kept them in judicial custody for 14 days.

Advocate Ragini Sharma submitted their bail applications. The argument was done by a lawyer from Jodhpur. Justice Sandeep Mehta accepted the bail pleas for Sangeeta Arora and Ratan Raj Bhandari.
