A woman had filed a report of physical harassment against a restaurant owner at Maharana Pratap Airport around 8 months back. On 23^rd August, assistant manager of the restaurant at Dabok airport had accused restaurant owner of physical harassment.

As per the report, the owner of restaurant went to the lady’s house in drunken state on 18^th August 2017. Seeing him in such a condition, the lady refused to open the door for him. The restaurant owner grew agitated and broke the door of her house. When she opposed him, he physically bashed up the lady. Later when this woman was on her way to police station in car with her sister and a friend, he stopped her car and hit her again. The woman even said that he even snatched her hand bag and her mobile. The woman also submitted a recording to the police which consisted of a conversation between her, the restaurant owner and his wife. As per police, the recording clearly states that the accusations against the restaurant owner are correct.

The restaurant owner had applied for bail which was rejected by the court of District and Session Judge.
