Bank Employees demand settlement of Pay commission
Bank Employees of Government owned banks protested demanding payment negotiation that is on hold for last one year. The employees gathered outside UCO Bank and staged protest against Central Government and Indian Bank Union.

Employees protesting under the banner of United Forum of Bank Union demanded positive steps to be taken towards implementation of 10th Pay Commission.
Protestors were headed by D.K Jain, O.P Mutha, P.S Khichi and G.L Joshi. Employees said that the 9th pay commission ended on 31st Oct 2012 and the 10th Pay commission should have been applied from 1 Nov 2012 but Indian Bank Union overlooked the issue and has not taken any positive step towards the same.
D.K Jain while addressing the protestors cautioned that if the issue is not resolved soon then employees will intensify the demonstration against the authority.
