More than 10 Lac Bank Employees from all over the country will halt work on 18^th Dec if Bank Union of India and Indian Government don’t take productive step in resolving the issue of 10^th Pay Settlement.

Under the banner of United Forum of Bank Union, many bank employees protested today at Bank Tiraha, Bapu Bazar.

Bank employees alleged that Indian government is partial towards foreign banks and also trying to provide private banking license to the industries which will gradually end the public banking system.

D.K Jain, coordinator of the union said that, “The government has not taken any positive actions on their demands, if they (government) don’t settle their 10^th pay commission issue, the union employees will go on nationwide strike on 18^th Dec 2013.”
