Recently, Mukesh Ambani gifted a multi-storey building worth Rs 1,500 crore to Manoj Modi who is a trusted employee of Reliance Industries. 

Mukesh Ambani no doubt is India’s richest person but also one of the wealthiest persons on the planet with a net worth of $85 billion, according to Forbes. Manoj Modi is also the director at Reliance Retail and Reliance Jio. Ambani and Modi have been friends since their time of studying. They both used to study together at Mumbai’s University Department of Chemical Technology.

The new building gifted to Manoj Modi is called as ‘Vrindavan’ and is a 22 storey structure located on Mumbai’s Nepean Sea Road. Nepean Sea Road is also home to few other billionaires. Each floor of the storey spreads across 8,000 square feet, while the total area of the building is 1.7 lakh square feet.
