Forest department has filed a case against unknown for killing a python in a village at Kurabad road. The case has been filed under Wild Life Act.

A python was spotted in Bhallon ka Guda at Kurabad road which is around 30 kilometres away from Udaipur city. Someone killed the python which is a crime under Wild Life Act of 1972. The regional forest officer informed that the killing of python attracts 3 to 7 years of imprisonment and the minimum penalty raised is 25000 rupees. He also added that python is not a poisonous creature. A case has hence being registered against unknown by the Forest department.
