YouTube has been helping creators turbo-charge their careers with NextUp. Udaipur clearly has a lot of talented people and we are hopeful that we will have a NextUp creator this time from Udaipur.

Since its launch in 2011, NextUp has helped over 250 YouTube creators from 15 countries by making their channels viral. Hence, it is exciting that YouTube is back in India with NextUp.

Up to 32 YouTube channels from India will be selected as winners of NextUp contests to join the NextUp class of 2016. The creators will become a part of a global community of NextUp creators who have benefited from the workshops and mentorship programs.

If they are selected to join the NextUp class of 2016, they are eligible to receive:

• A US$2,500 voucher for production equipment to help you make your video dreams a reality.
• A spot at a week-long creator camp at the YouTube Space Mumbai. You’ll team up with production experts to harness new techniques in camera, lighting, and sound, and receive coaching from YouTube Partnerships team on how to grow your audience.
