In Bikaner, school boys have a new past time. They are working as liquor vendors this summer vacation. Carrying alcohol bottles on cycles, they travel to remote villages and most of them are minors.

Some of them were seen carrying beer bottles in the basket at front. One said that the cycle belonged to his sister. This cycle was actually a gift from the government to his sister. These kids are earning money by delivering liquor bottles.

The cycles, orange in color, were gifted to school girls to prevent them from dropping out of school. As an encouragement to promote education among village girls, Rajasthan government had gifted almost 50,000 bicycles in 16 districts.

It is such a pathetic condition since village women are strictly against liquor and demanding close-downs of liquor shops in many areas.
