In a shocking accusation, a man from Bikaner yesterday lodged an FIR against 8 teachers of a private school in Bikaner for allegedly raping his minor daughter. He further alleged in his FIR that the teachers also made a video of the incident.

In the FIR, the man stated that the teachers of private school filmed the rape incident and used that as a blackmailing tool and continued raping her for 18 months.

FIR was registered yesterday and it is alleged that the incident took place starting April 2015. FIR has been lodged with Superintendent of Police and a women panel has been constituted to investigate the matter.

Nokha police station SHO Darjaram said that “The FIR lodged under Section 376-D (gangrape) of the IPC and relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act”.

Earlier, on 20 March, one of the accused teacher had filed a case against four people, including 2 cousins of the girl for thrashing him.

Both the cases are under investigation, said the SHO.
