Jaipur zoo has been closed as 4 birds were found dead and few found ill.

-Bird Flu is spreading everywhere.

-Crows, pigeons and peacocks were found dead in Rajasthan.

Bird Flu is spreading everywhere. In the last 24 hours, 264 crows were found dead. Apart from this, 180 peacocks and 190 pigeons were also found dead in Rajasthan. The flu has spread across 15 districts in Rajasthan state.

Since 4 birds were found dead in Jaipur zoo, it has been closed down. More than 3000 birds have been found dead till date in the state because of Bird Flu. As per information, 4 Black Starks were found dead in Jaipur zoo. A few birds were also found ill. The samples of the sick birds have been sent to Bhopal for lab tests. 

Bird Flu was confirmed in the districts of Jaipur, Sawai Madhopur, Dausa, Hanumangarh, Jaisalmer, Bikaner, Pali, Kota, Baran, Chittorgarh, Banswara, Sirohi and Pratapgarh. It was also confirmed in Tonk and Karauli. 

Even Jharkhand has reported deaths of several mynahs.
