A blind man in Badgaon area became of victim of property fraud. As reported by Kalu (80) who is visually impaired, 3 men from his village Rathoron ka Guda took advantage of his situation and made him sign the property papers.

Kalu lodged a complaint against Nojiram Bheel, Inder Singh Rajput and property agent Anil Kumawat for cheating him. As per the report, Kalu was approached by these three men around 15 months back who took him to some office for getting pension under social security plan. Since Kalu is blind, he does not know where he was taken. The 3 accused made him comfortable in a wheel chair and took him to a particular office. There they took his thumb impression on a document saying that it was his pension document and that he would soon start getting his pension money.

Around a month back, a contractor came to his property with labour and a JCB machine for constructing boundary wall. When Kalu tried to stop them, he was informed that his land has been sold to someone called Bahgwati Lal by Inder and Noji and property agent Anil Kumawat has invested in the land. This is how Kalu came to know that he has become a victim of property fraud. He informed police that he has been living on that land since decades with wife and son.
