Hotel Anand Bhawan,Udaipur

RTDC hotels Anand Bhawan of Udaipur and Hotel Khasa Kothi of Jaipur will not be privatised anymore. These hotels are actually of historical importance and government seems to have realised this fact.

Initially when privatisation of Hotel Anand Bhawan and Hotel Khasa Kothi was being thought over, employees of Hotel Corporation started opposing this decision. Word was rolled that these buildings must not be handed over to private parties; instead their historical importance must be maintained by converting them into hospitals or schools.

Hotel Khasa Kothi, Jaipur

Though nothing has been officially declared regarding this issue, yet RTDC officials have admitted that bookings for both Anand Bhawan and Khasa Kothi hotels have been reopened. Requests have already started flowing in for room bookings for next year as well. Hotel Khasa Kothi of Jaipur has a swimming pool that has been booked till September which was earlier booked only until April.
