An Udaipur bound mini bus turned over at Bedwas road today, killing 2 people and injuring 16.

Of the injured, three’s condition is said be serious. All victims are residents of Regar colony, Surajpol, Udaipur and were on their way to Udaipur after attending a religious function at Kurabad today morning.

All injured have been admitted to MB Hospital. The ones sustaining minor injuries were relieved after treatment, while the seriously injured ones are still under observation and undergoing treatment.

The bodies of the dead have been transferred to the mortuary. The deceased, Vijay (35) and Kishan (45) were brothers.

According to sources, the mini bus carrying 18 people was on high speed at the time of accident.

Names of all injured are: Daulatram (50), Nikki (23), Vijay (32), Kamal (22), Palki (22), Lehribai (45), Dali Bai (50), Himmat (18), Tarabai (40), Nandubai (45), Udailal (50), Surajmal (60), Mangilal (55), Chandibai, Geetabai (40),Dinesh and Rajkumar.
