C P Joshi Facilitates a Low Profile Birthday Celebration

On the occasion of Dr. C.P. Joshi’s birthday today, the Udaipur District Congress Committee decided to keep the celebrations in a low profile mode. There was no extravagant expenditure during the celebration and all the collections towards the celebration were donated to the Prime Ministers Relief Fund for Uttrakhand Disaster affected people.

On the occasion of Dr. C.P. Joshi’s birthday today, the Udaipur District Congress Committee decided to keep the celebrations in a low profile mode.  There was no extravagant expenditure during the celebration and all the collections towards the celebration were donated to the Prime Ministers Relief Fund for Uttrakhand Disaster affected people.

Earlier during the day, CP Joshi, along with his fellow workers visited the Neelkanth Mahadev Temple near the UIT Circle and offered his prayers.    His co-workers did manage a few rounds of fireworks and distributed Prasad.

Dr. C.P. Joshi, National Secretary of the All India Congress Committee and a member of the Working Committee had earlier requested his patrons to keep the celebrations very low profile as a humane gesture towards the lives lost and other losses in the Uttrakhan disaster over the last two months.Lal Singh Jhala, District President had accordingly instructed that there would be no celebration and the members will pray for the health and long life of the National Secretary.

Dr. Deepak Audichya, Spokesperson for the City Congress, said that Dr. Joshi advised the workers to put in a lot of hard work and dedication towards making the local body stronger.

The other eminent persons present during the gathering included Mangilal Garasiya, Virendra Vaishnav, Arjun Rajora, Jaswant Singh Tak, Bharat Ameta, Rajesh Jain, Kamal Nayan Khandelwal, Prem Ghavri, Rahul Vyas, Roshan Sahu, Manoj Solanki, Dinesh Shrimali, Puran Menariya, Kailash Sahu, Gauri Shanker Dangi, Pravin Purohit, Jay Prakash Tak, Tulsiram Lohar, Saddam Hussain, Ambalal Sahu, Rajendra Sharma, Salimuddin Pathan, Kailash Rajpurohit, etc.
