To pay tributes to and condolences to the families of the people who died in the recent Mumbai serial blasts on 13th July, a candle march was organized by the youth social group – Yuvaz, at Lake Fateh Sagar this evening. The procession was also attended by singer Shahnawaz Khan (X-Factor fame).

Nearly 100 people had gathered today at city’s landmark – Lake Fateh Sagar, to pay their tributes to the departed souls.

Yuvaz- a group of dedicated teenagers had decided to hold a candle march as a reverential offering to the victims.

X-Factor India contestant Shahnawaz Khan who is in Udaipur also joined the candle march with the city’s youth. The terror attacks in the country are soul shaking but to counteract the filthy intentions of the terrorists and their regimens, the citizens of India should also have a sense of responsibility,which is not be possible without peace and harmony amongst ourselves. Such peaceful demonstrations by the young Indians, barring the age old discrimination in the name of religion,castes are an example of unity between youth. Photos by : Hitesh Chugh
