A 70 year old woman was run over by a car in Debari area. The woman was returning after visiting a temple.

As informed by Pratapnagar police, the 70 year old woman left from her home at 11 a.m. with the purpose of visiting Ghata vali Mata temple.

The family members received a call from some acquaintance at 1 p.m. that she was run over by a car. 

The lady was then rushed to MB Hospital in Udaipur where she died around 3:30 p.m. A case of hit and run has been registered against the unidentified car driver.
