-Paras JK Hospital says that accusations are baseless.

A case has been registered against Paras JK Hospital for negligence in treatment as a result of which the patient died. The incident occurred 6 months back.

As reported by the family members of the deceased, the hospital gave an over dose to the patient and did not even take proper care of him in the intensive care unit. They have accused that the patient was being looked after in the ICU by an ordinary nursing staff.

Resident of Sirohi, Brijraj Singh reported the incident to Sukher police. The report states that his father felt unwell and was admitted to Paras JK Hospital during the lockdown on 22nd May. A dialysis procedure was performed and the doctors said that the patient would be in back in good health within 3 to 4 days. It has been alleged that an overdose in dialysis resulted in the drop in his father’s health but the hospital did not allow him to meet his father. They did not even let him shift to other hospital.

On 25th May, his condition deteriorated and he was left in the care of an ordinary nursing staff in ICU. He died on 26th May. Brijraj Singh then took to court and registered a case of negligence against the medical team of the hospital. On the other hand, the hospital administration has denied the allegations and said that all allegations are baseless.
