A truck driver was robbed by 2 men on bike near Geetanjali hospital on Wednesday night. The 2 men robbed the driver off his mobile and 2200 rupees cash. The truck driver was on his way to Haryana from Mumbai. When he reached near Geetanjali hospital, the 2 bike riders stopped him and when he got down from the truck to enquire, they pointed a knife at him.

One of the men even attacked the truck driver who got injured in an attempt to save himself. Then the bike riders snatched his mobile and cash and escaped from the site. The driver took help of the public in that area and informed police about the incident. Savina police is now investigating the case and trying to find the robbers. Some suspects have also been arrested.
