In a tragic incident on Friday morning, a 16-year-old boy, identified as Harshit Sahu, lost his life in a road accident near the Field Club, located in the Saheli Nagar area of Amba Mata police station in the city. According to information provided by Assistant Sub-Inspector Shivdutt of the local police station, the victim, Harshit Sahu, a resident of Chhatri Ka Chowk Delhi Gate, was en route to the Field Club with his father to participate in a sports competition. 

Their journey took a devastating turn when a speeding tempo from Fatehpur collided with their motorcycle. The impact of the collision caused the motorcycle to lose control, leading to a tragic accident. This unfortunate incident has left the community in shock and mourning the loss of the young boy's life. The local authorities are conducting an investigation into the accident to determine the exact circumstances and any potential liability.

Harshit sustained severe head and bodily injuries as a result of the accident. He was promptly rushed to Soni Hospital, located nearby, for medical treatment. Tragically, despite the medical team's efforts, Harshit succumbed to his injuries shortly after admission.

Following his untimely demise, the deceased, identified as Harshit, was transferred to the mortuary at MB Hospital. In the presence of his grieving relatives, a post-mortem examination was conducted on his body, and subsequently, his remains were handed over to his family for final rites. The auto rickshaw has been taken into custody by the police few meters away from the incident while the accused driver is still at large.
