5 children were rescued from RNT Medical College mess on Friday. Hathipole police and labour department team reached students’ mess of RNT College and rescued child labour. Mess organisers have been arrested under Juvenile Justice Act (JJ), 2015 and sent behind bars.

4 of the mess organisers Gulab Singh, Abhay Singh, Prem Singh and Ganesh Singh have been arrested. Gulab Singh runs the mess for medical college students. He had kept child labour in the age bracket of 12 to 15 for washing dishes, cleaning the place and even for assistance in cooking. These kids used to work from 6 a.m. until late night.
