Chinook is the helicopter that entered  Pakistan and killed Osama Bin Laden.

US helicopter CH-47 F(I) Chinook was at Udaipur airport for fuel on Tuesday. The copter flew back after the refill. 

Chinook is a multi-mission helicopter that provides the Indian armed forces with strategic airlift capability across the full spectrum of combat and humanitarian missions. Indian Air Force has 4 Chinooks as of now.The Chinook is a heavy lift, tandem rotor and it serves the armed forces of 19 countries currently. 

The Chinooks were procured with India specific enhancements to increase their flexibility for heli-lift operations like search, rescue operations and air ambulance.The aircraft is all-weather capable and state-of-the-art night vision goggles will permit all operations even at night (as said by Air Chief Marshal BS Dhanoa-copied from source)

The Chinook became a part of the Indian forces in 2019 in March after the Pulwama attack. The Indian Air Force had placed an order for 15 out of which it has 4 Chinooks now and the rest 11 are likely to be available this year.
