Chittorgarh resident dies of burns

Pyare Chand (35), resident of Chittorgarh, died after being brought to hospital subsequent to suffering more than 95% burns in an alleged stove explosion at his home in Chittorgarh today. Today, when Pyare was preparing tea at around 2:30 pm, the stove allegedly exploded and caught fire, as a result of which, he got burnt. After being given primary care at the local hospital he was transferred to Udaipur’s M.B. Hospital for treatment.

Today, when Pyare was preparing tea at around 2:30 pm, the stove allegedly exploded and caught fire, as a result of which, he got burnt. After being given primary care at the local hospital he was transferred to Udaipur’s M.B. Hospital for treatment.

According to the doctors at M.B. Hospital, he had suffered more than 95% burns when he was brought in unconscious by one of his family members earlier today evening and after a thorough examination, was declared dead.

As per sources, Pyare’s father, Devi Lal is SHO at a Police Station in Chittorgarh. A case has been registered at Chittorgarh and the statement of the victim was recorded.

Family members of the victim were accordingly informed and no case has been filed at any Police Station in Udaipur.
