According to bank employees, “The 9th pay settlement was concluded on 31st Oct 2012 and the 10th pay settlement should be applied on 1st Nov 2012, but even after more than one year, Indian Bank Union has not taken any effective action.”

Jain added, “When public banks gives profit of Rs. 50,000 crore then why cannot the government increase the pay of employees.”
