Additional police force will be deployed at Lake Fateh Sagar on Diwali to stop lake pollution activities. It has been reported that many youngsters burst fire crackers, mainly rocket in lake water which pollutes the lake.

A memorandum for the same was also given today by members of Bhartiya Janta Yuva Morcha to the S.P Mahesh Kumar Goyal.

BJYM activists requested the S.P to deploy extra police force and a hawk vehicle to keep eye on any misconduct to the lake.
