Udaipur, December 11,2024 - In response to a recent directive, coaching institutes in the state with over 100 students must submit 21 types of specific information to the administration. The information required includes details such as the institute's infrastructure, faculty qualifications, safety measures, and more. Along with these details, geo-tagged photos of the institutes will also be captured to ensure proper verification of their location and setup.

This move comes after the High Court issued an order on November 19, 2024, mandating the submission of this information by coaching centers. The Directorate of College Education has appointed Dr. Pratima Srivastava, the Principal of Government College in Kota, as the nodal officer responsible for overseeing this task.

All institutes that meet the criteria must fill out a specified format and send the completed documents via email to the Directorate by the deadline of December 16, 2024. The measure is likely aimed at ensuring transparency and accountability within the coaching sector, particularly given the growing number of students attending coaching institutes in the state.
