Weather has become even colder. Blankets and winter wear have made their place on the beds and cupboards. Nights are much colder as compared to those of the last two weeks. Temperatures have further dropped by 1.4 degrees bringing the minimum at 11.4 degrees.

Snowfall in Jammu & Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh have brought a notable change in the weather. Cold waves are being experienced and the nights have become colder. The receding summers that brought a good amount of heat during mid October were good enough a hint that winters are going to be colder this year.

Night temperature at 11.4 degrees made the people bring out their winter wear and the wraps on the shoulders have made the people feel comfortable. As the evening approaches, cold can be felt to a good extent. People have started enjoying the sunny afternoons as well.

The met department has informed that the weather is going to change in the coming days and cold is going to hit even more. Nights will be much colder and the temperatures are very likely to drop during the afternoon, too. Fog has been experienced in the village areas.
