District Collector Vikas Bhale has conducted a review meeting of the Chief Minister Flagship Program going on in the district. Officials of 24 different departments were present in the meeting which was held at collectorate in morning hours.

Several topics were widely discussed and collector asked for the development report from concern authorities. All ongoing programs, upcoming projects, statistics and data of beneficiaries and pending projects were talked.

Collector has asked about the RIICO land to be chosen and allotted to Sarada Tehsil. Collector asked officials to choose the land quickly and also decide how many villages will be come under the RIICO area, so that the land will be allotted.

All free scheme and programs were also talked about like free medicine services and other free services to BPL families etc.

Collector Vikas Bhale informed that more than 1700 tablets will be distributed to the students, 70 best students will also receive scholarships.

When concerned officials presented the report of Free Medicine Service under Chief Minister Program, Collector reprimanded the officials and said that from last three months, their report is showing only one statistics which could be either their mistake or there is no substantial progress.

About road network, collector said that in coming few days work of road construction will start which will connect 18 villages to the city.

After taking report of the developments, collector directed attendees to the pending works including Dharamshala in Hospitals, Old Age Home in Rural area and construction of Khadi Plaza.
