In a tragic accident, a girl living in a hostel in Udaipur died by hanging herself in her hostel room. Hearing this news, the victim’s male friend fell unconscious and was admitted in hospital. The girl was a first year student from Ahmedabad and was living in a hostel. No confirmed reasons of the step taken by her has been ascertained yet, but according to sources the girl was allegedly reprimanded by a hostel warden today after being caught in a compromising position with the boy and due to the embarrassment, the girl ended her life. The body of the victim has been shifted to the hospital mortuary and the police has started the investigations. No official statement has been recorded so far by the college administration in this matter.
