Community members of Gadia Devra, Gangaur Ghat handed over a memorandum against the congress party contestant Dinesh Shrimali alleging that Shrimali has hurt their religious sentiments by commenting on the recently held Annakut.

According to the memorandum, the community people objected on Shrimali’s statement to an evening newspaper that the religious program of Annakut which was organized at Hanuman Temple Gangaur Ghat was politically inspired by Bhartiya Janta Party.

However, Dinesh Shrimali has denied giving any such statement to any newspaper. The community representatives have handed over the memorandum to all top district officials including District Collector and demanded action against Shrimali.

The memorandum stated that the comment by Shrimali has hurt the religious sentiments of the community people.
