Complains Against Govt. Authority? Voice out via Sugam

An online grievance redressal system “Sugam” was inaugurated on 12 ^th May 2012 by Rajasthan Chief Minister-Ashok Gehlot and the Minister of state for public Grievances and Pension- V Narayanswamy in Jaipur. This is an innovative way to lodge complains & objection against the administration of Rajasthan. This portal ( http://sugamrpg.raj.nic.in/) of central Government is developed & designed by National Informatics Centre (NIC). e-Sugam would open the option of filing all complaints related to Departments, Boards, Organizations, Power Companies & Local bodies. In this high tech era, this integrated online grievance system would be a quick & easy way to lodge complains & suggestions. District collectors have to take fast actions on received complaints; every complaint would have to be scanned & resolved. To facilitate the majority of Hindi readers & speakers in Rajasthan, Sugam complaint system has option for both Hindi & English to lodge complains.
