Today, on October 10,2024, under the banner of Rajasthan Shikshak Sangh Rashtriya, a delegation of five computer instructors met with the Education Minister, Shri Madan Dilawar, to present their demands.
Mahendra Kumar Lakhara, state general secretary of Rajasthan Shikshak Sangh (Rashtriya), shared that the delegation honoured the minister by presenting a traditional turban (Safa) and a memento.
Demands of the Delegation
During the meeting, the delegation highlighted several demands, including giving computer instructors the same designation and promotion opportunities as regular teachers. They also asked for changes in staffing patterns, reviews of job roles, more positions to be created, and fixing salary differences.
The Education Minister listened to all the demands and assured the delegation that a positive decision would be made soon after reviewing the issues.
The delegation included state-level computer teacher representatives Kailash Saini, Vikas Parashar, Awadhesh Sharma, Virendra Chaudhary, Devendra Nirvan, and Karmveer Singh.
It is important to note that the Education Minister was unable to attend the first state-level conference of computer instructors on September 15 due to other commitments.
