Residents of Chandpole area have complained that the water resource department is not giving any heed to the water supply in their area. They have filed several complaints regarding contaminated water supply. 

Khodi Imli area near Chandpole has been getting unusable water since last few days. The residents have complained of stench in the water but no action has been taken till now. 

There is a probability that the water pipe line is somehow getting sewerage water due to some leakage and this has made the drinking water unusable. The water stinks to such an extent that people cannot even keep a small water container inside the house.

The councillor of the area said that the regional AEN was informed about this issue but he did not give a satisfactory response. Then the XEN was contacted who has finally assured that the issue will be dealt with immediate priority.
