Patwari Mahaveer Singh Parihar working at Patwar, Bhalo ka Guda, Girwa district Udaipur was caught red handed by the team of Anti Corruption Bureau while accepting a bribe of Rs. 15000/- after the complain by Shankar Lal Dangi, resident of Dabok.

This incident came under light when a case of mutation of a 4 bigha fertile land had to be transfered which was owned by Laxman Bhil. The bribe was demanded in return of giving “rights of records” (jamabandi).

Anti Corruption team lead by Additional S.P Rajendra Prasad Goyal with DYSP Vijyendra Vyas and C.I Rajendra Singh Jain raided the house of accused Mahaveer Singh at New Vidyanagar, sector 4 Hiran Magri, Udaipur at 11:15am today, on 22^nd January, while he was taking the bribe money.

The accused is arrested and ACB team had searched the house for more evidences. It is expected that the accused has many such cases which might come under light after today’s raid.
