Customers to get bank account details through Missed Call
Working on the guidelines proposed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the banks are providing simple mobile banking services in which a customer can opt for missed call balance inquiry to know his account details.
Working on the guidelines proposed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the banks are providing simple mobile banking services in which a customer can opt for missed call balance inquiry to know his account details.
Through the Missed call service, a customer can know his account details. Under this service, he needs to call on the number provided by his bank. The call will get auto cut after which the customer will receive the updated details of his account via SMS.
To avail the services, a customer’s number needs to be registered at his bank. The customer can visit their respective banks, register their mobile number and enjoy the services.
