Loyara situated Darshan Dental College has been imparting useful information about dental care and providing free dental checkups, camps to urban and primarily to rural people for a long time.

College’s MD J.K Tahilia informed that the college is accredited by Rajasthan College of Health Science, Jaipur and Dental Council of India in which new admissions of BDS and MDS students this academic year are being trained with highly specialized equipment to provide quality dental facilities.

General Manager N.S Khamesra said that the college holds camp at nearby villages including Rama, Chatiyakhedi, Kachapa and Dangiyo ka Guda and provide free dental services. Also, camps are organized at Blind School, Asha Dham, Narayan Seva Sansthan, Theosophical Society and Vigyan Samiti.

The college has been organizing Nukkad Natak, rallies to spread awareness among people about dental care and harmful effects of tobacco consumption and drugs. Various departments of the college including oral medicine & radiology, prosthodontics and crown & bridge, oral surgery, periodontics, orthodontic and oral pathology work together.

Principal Dr. Sheetal Hungad informed that Darshan Dental College provides new dentures, capping, implant surgery, operation of fractured teeth and jaw, root canal and organizes dental camps at schools and colleges in and around Udaipur.
