With the South African strain entering India, people must be extremely careful as any negligence can prove to be extremely fatal and might bring another lockdown.

New Delhi has reported 1st strain of South African variant of coronavirus. A 33 year old man has been detected with the strain and has been admitted to LNJP Hospital.

Initially the man was asymptomatic, his present condition is not yet known and he is in a very different isolation and undergoing treatment. The man was brought to the hospital a week ago and then tested positive.

Earlier 2 people were found positive with UK strain and had undergone treatment in the same hospital. After these, 2 more had undergone treatment in the month of February.

Almost a month ago, 4 people were detected with the South African variant of SARS-CoV-2 and 1 had tested positive for Brazilian variant. People must be extremely careful as any negligence can prove to be extremely disastrous for all.
